This Privacy Policy describes how Bullgym ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Bullgym mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information when you use our App:

• Full name — used to identify you within the App
• Email address — used for account login and authentication
• Phone number — used for contact purposes by gym staff
• Date of birth — used for member records (optional)
• Device push notification token — a unique identifier assigned to your device, used solely to deliver push notifications (such as gym announcements) to your device

We do not collect location data, financial information, photos, contacts, or any other sensitive data.

2. How We Collect Your Information

Your account is created by the gym administrator on your behalf. You do not create an account yourself. Your personal information is entered by the administrator and stored securely in our system. You can update your profile information (name, phone, date of birth) directly within the App. Your device push notification token is collected automatically when you grant notification permissions within the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Managing your gym membership and subscription
• Allowing you to book and cancel training sessions
• Displaying your workout history and membership status
• Enabling gym administrators to manage client accounts
• Sending you push notifications about gym announcements and updates

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any third-party tracking purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider that uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law. Your data is only accessible to the gym administrator and authorized staff. Your device push notification token is shared only with Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), solely for the purpose of delivering notifications to your device.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using the "Obriši nalog" (Delete account) option within the App, or by contacting us directly at the email address below. Upon deletion, all your personal data, including your device push notification token, will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

The Bullgym App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
